Literature Lovers - Three Forks Middle School Book Club
This is a book club for seventh and eighth grade students who enjoy reading. Students vote on the book title they want to read as a group. Books we've read include Petey by Montana author Ben Mikaelsen, Quincy Strange and the Ten by Three Forks' Heidi Boyd, and Skeleton Creek by Patrick Carman. We typically read 2 or 3 books a year and meet to discuss them. Students also participate in related activities such as field trips and author visits. We welcome any middle school students who would like to join!
The Book Club had a Halloween Party in the library. Students read Quincy Strange and the Ten by local author Heidi Boyd who visited us that day and even brought cookies! Thanks Heidi and Mrs. Hessen for making it an awesome party!
Book Worms - Three Forks Sixth Grade Book Club
This is a book club for sixth grade students. We usually read the same novel as the seventh and eighth grade students but meet at separate times. This group also has a Halloween party each year, as well as guest speakers and field trips.
